Riveting piece is a component that is composed of two electric contact products with different materials and different properties by means of riveting.

In order to stand out in the fierce market competition, Dongliao Company has innovatively developed the electric contact integrated riveting technology based on its powerful R&D and equipment manufacturing capabilities and years of production experience in the industry. It combines the traditional electric contact materials into an integrated electric contact assembly relying on special equipment and riveting technologies to meet the increasing demand of high-end customers.

There are mainly three types of electric contact components

1.    Riveting parts: Riveting the rivet-type contacts, the trimetal contacts and so on to the components.

2.    Stamping parts: The composite strip is directly punched into components Main products: contact components with contact tips such as AgC, AgCd, AgNi, AgZn, AgSn02, AgSn021 n03, AgWC, etc.

Main applications: Contact components can be widely used in switches, relays, temperature controllers, circuit breakers, contactors, controllers, timers and other low-voltage products and household electric appliances.

Overview: Silver zinc oxide has better resistance to soldering and burnout, and its contact resistance is higher than that of silver cadmium oxide. Silver zinc oxide can be produced by a pre-oxidation-sintering-extrusion, a mixing-molding-sintering process, and an internal oxidation process. Silver zinc oxide is an environmentally friendly material.

Applications: Mainly used for circuit breakers, especially universal circuit breakers. And for motor protection switches, leakage circuit breakers, AC relays.

Rivet refers to the combination of two different materials and different properties of electrical contact materials or products by riveting components.
